'The Barn' to premier at Miami Jewish Film Festival

Holocaust documentary, 'The Barn', for which Andrew wrote the score, will premier this month at the Miami Jewish Film Festival. This film tells the story of Karl Schapiro who, at the age of 10, hid with his family underground beneath a barn for 18 months to avoid capture by the Nazis. Now, 70 years later and with his granddaughter Rachel in tow, Karl returns to Poland to face his past and unearth secrets he wanted buried forever. Directed and produced by Phil Berger and Executive produced by Nancy Spielberg, 'The Barn' is a story you will never forget.
The film will be shown on January 17 and 7:00pm at the Miami Beach Cinematheque. The Miami Jewish Film Festival runs from January 10 - 23.
